This service covers two related points in time. Initial testing documents conditions in an affected area before work is carried out, and clearance testing provides information about that area once the work has been completed.
Because the corrective work is performed by other parties, testing at both stages keeps the record of conditions separate from the work itself.
Excel performs the testing only. Cleaning, drying, and corrective work are carried out by others, and clearance information describes the conditions tested at that time.
